Refundable rates: 50% of the total amount of the reservation, the remaining amount to be paid on the day of arrival (in cash or by credit card).

Non-refundable rates: 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid on arrival (cash or credit card).

Check-in hours: 15:00 to 20:00 hours
Check-out time: 12:00 noon (except in those reservations where late check-out has been contracted until 17:00 hours under supplement).

• The number of persons may not exceed the number specified in the reservation.
• External visitors are not allowed in the apartments.
• It is not allowed to carry out annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illicit activities, the apartment and its contents must be treated with respect.
• In order to maintain the tranquility of the environment and harmony among our guests, it is not allowed to hold parties or disturbing noises, which may cause discomfort to other guests or neighbors.
• Pets are allowed under supplement. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2, except in some apartments that could be a maximum of 1 pet depending on the size of the pet. Please check with the property.
• Pets must be supervised by their owners.
